I received my first order for cupcakes. I made banana cupcakes with Banana and Coconut Frosting. They were very yummy if I do say so myself. Here I am checking on my cupcakes. Can't over bake them.

Alyssa was born September 2, 2008 with a bowel obstruction. Surgery was performed at Children's Hospital in Seattle, WA 8 hours after birth. She had a jejunal blockage that left her with 51cm of bowel. The portion of bowel beyond the obsturuction had never been used and was very small. She was diagnosed with Short Gut Syndrome. Zachary Edward joined our family September7, 2012. He was born with a condition called PHPV. He is blind in his left eye. We are blessed with two amazing kids!

Yes Alyssa your first order for cupcakes was well received. Steve enjoyed them very much and he enjoyed telling everyone at work that a 2 year old made them!!
