6.21.13 Pull Up

Zachary pulled himself up today.

 

6.19.13 Clapping

Zachary clapped for the first time today.  We were at Alyssa's Physical Therapy and I was clapping for Alyssa and Zachary clapped his hands together a couple of times.  Alyssa was excited to see that he was clapping for her.

6.18.13 Pool Time

Alyssa was playing with the girls next door and they wanted to fill up the pool.  Since it was such a nice sunny and warm day, I decided to do it. But, I couldn't let the girls have all the fun.  I filled Zachary's pool up too.  I didn't put much water in it, but you definitely enjoyed his first time in the pool.

 

6.16.13 Father's Day Fun

Zachary and Alyssa had fun taking turns on the four wheeler.  It was Zachary's first time and he really enjoyed it.

 

6.14.13 Carnival

This weekend is the Annual Strawberry Festival in Marysville.  So, we went to the Carnival again.  I was so excited!! All week I kept asking Mommy if we could go and if the Dragon was back?

 

I was so excited to go back on the Dragon Roller Coaster and the Motorcycles.
 

 

  This year, I was tall enough to go on the big rides.  Mommy took me on the Scrambler.  I LOVED it!

 

Zachary was too little to go on any rides.  He enjoyed watching everyone but after a while became tired and feel asleep.

 

 

6.17.13 First Tooth Lost

I lost my first tooth!!  It has been really loose for about a week now.  It has been bothering me while I eat too.  While we were at Zachary's 9 month check up, I was eating a snack of pretzels.  When I was finished I took my empty bag to Mommy and she asked me to smile.  I had lost my tooth and didn't even realize it.  So, unfortunately I ate it!!

I am very excited for the Tooth Fairy to visit.  I wrote her a letter to tell her that I lost my tooth and ate it.  I left her a rock in my Frog Fairy Pillow since I ate mine.

6/18  But, unfortunately she didn't visit.  She sent Cupid.  He must really love me because he decorated my room with hearts, wrote me a heart shaped letter and left me some candy hearts.  He didn't take my "tooth".

 

 

6/19 I wrote a letter to Cupid asking him to please send the tooth fairy.  But, neither Cupid or the Tooth Fairy came.  Last night, the Easter Bunny showed up.  He left me a note shaped like an egg and 3 eggs filled with M&M's. He didn't take my "tooth" either.

 

6/20 I wrote yet another note to the Easter Bunny asking for the Tooth Fairy to come!  Finally the Tooth Fairy came.  Toothtina, Gave me a receipt for my tooth aka "rock", 5 $1 bills, and a note shaped like a tooth.  Everything was covered in Fairy dust!!  I hope Toothtina brings me a present next time.

6.12.13 Top Tooth

After weeks of teething.  Zachary's Top Tooth finally broke through!!

6.7.13 Garage Sale

Mommy had a garage sale at our house.  Grammy and Grandpa came over to help Mommy. I went through all my stuffed animals and picked out some of the ones I was willing to sell.  I was ready to earn some money.  Grandpa set up a refreshment table for me to try and earn some money too.

Grandpa set up a tent for us to hang out in and pass the time.  Zachary, Grandpa and I had fun playing in the tent. 

 

I also had fun drawing with side walk chalk.  Here is a sea serpent I drew.

6.5.13 Practice Preschool Graduation

Alyssa is the youngest in her Preschool class and still has one more year of Preschool.  However, everyone else in her class graduated and will be heading off to Kindergarten.  She still received a diploma and celebrated with her class.  She was so excited when she received her diploma she said that she is a teacher now.  She continues to learn so much and enjoy school. She loves her teachers Mr. Beau and Ms. Mishelle.

 

 

5.26.13 Meat

Zachary did not enjoy meat (chicken).  The first bite he took made him gag, gag, gag, PUKE! 

Next, we tried mixing it with sweet potatoes.  It was tolerated a little more, but he still did not enjoy it. We will try again. But I am sure he will end up like his daddy and be a meat lover!

 

5.25.13 Army Crawl

Zachary is doing the Army Crawl now.  He knows how to get to what he wants.
