I Love Belle

I really love Belle from Beauty and the Beast. I have a little Belle doll that I have been taking with my every where for the past couple of days. I love taking off her dresses and having mommy put new ones on. Daddy and I made Belle a castle. She has a bed that she can sleep on. Two of my other favorite friends are guarding the castle, Simba and Mickey.

Family Day

We had a really nice family day today. We took a drive to Mt. Baker/Snohomish Park to the Ice Caves. We had a nice hike and had a picnic. There weren't any caves but it was still neat to be walking in the snow in shorts and a tank top. Next, we came home and played in the pool. We had dinner, played around the house went for a walk. Then Mommy and I ran through the sprinklers. It was a lot of fun. Daddy says we are going to the Beach tomorrow. I am excited.

More Fun 7/11 - 7/14/11

Bouncy Fun with my friend Hannah. I learned what a water fountain was and really liked it! Mommy said I did a really good job drinking from it. I couldn't hold the button down by myself. I really wanted to play in the water, but mommy said I NO.

I visited daddy at work and was trying to "help" him.

Mommy and I made our first attempt to make Play Dough. It was a success and I had fun squeezing, ripping and making animal shapes with the cookie cutters. Mommy said she was happy with how I did with my first experience with play dough.

Summer Fun 7/5-7/10/11

I love playing in my "ool" (pool) and if it is sunny out, I immediately tell mommy I want my "uit" (suit) on. It is so much fun. I have also gone back to the beach at my Uncle Alex's and Aunt Lexie's house. I went swimming, on a boat ride, threw water balloons and I laid in the hammock with my daddy.

I went Fishing for the first time. Well I actually held the pole for about 30 seconds and was done. I preferred to watch the other kids catch the fish and look at them. But, I actually did catch some "Goldfish" and ate them. They were yummy. :0)

I have been working on dressing and undressing myself.

I have been approved for Preschool. I start in September and will be going 4 days a week. I will receive 2 days of Physical Therapy to help with my delay in Motor Skills and 1 day of Speech Therapy. Plus I get to play with lots of kids and ride the BUS!!!!

4th of July

We had a really good 4th of July. The SUN was out! I went to my Uncle Alex and Aunt Lexie's house. I got to wear my "Suit". I love wearing it and being in the water. I started to say "each" for beach. As soon as we arrived, I headed for the water. I put on my suit, when in the boat with mommy and daddy and jumped off the dock with daddy. I would count down for him. One, wwoh, free, go! It was a lot of fun. I got my own fireworks too. (Sparklers.) We watched the fireworks from home. I was waiting for some big ones, I only saw "baby" ones.

Mommy and Daddy say that I am saying more and more new words everyday! But there are still quite a few things they still don't understand. I am going to have to keep teaching them! I will try and be patient, but man sometimes they are slow and I have to show them what I am talking about.

Summer Fun. . .Finally!

I love being outside and playing. I love watering the flowers and picking them too. Summer finally decided to show up for a couple days and I have been taking advantage of it. Yesterday, Mommy and I went to Jetty Island to see the Pirates and look for buried treasure. My favorite part was the boat ride. I could have gone back and forth all day. (Sorry no pictures, mommy forgot her camera, next time.) I went to my friend Eva's birthday party. We played in the pool and had lots of fun. I came home and played in my pool some more and wore myself out.
