3.3.13 Rice Cereal
I got to eat today!!!!
Mommy was told to wait until 6 months to start me on food. But, Mommy wanted Daddy to be home when I received my first "meal". So, we did it a few days early. I had rice cereal and liked it. It was really runny, so, I pretty much was drinking it from the spoon. I kept trying to help Mommy and Daddy by grabbing the spoon. But it was so good, I liked my fingers when it was all gone.
2.8.13 Eye Check Up
Zachary had another Eye Check Up today at Children's. He received another Eye Exam and his vision in his right eye continues to improve and is on track for his age. His doctor also dialated his eyes again and everything continues to look good. The PHPV in his right eye has not grown. Which is a great sign. We will continue to monitor this and continue to pray that things remain unchanged. The eyes continue to grow and change until 18 months old. So, we still have a long road ahead. His doctor thinks that if Zachary's vision is to be effected in his right eye by the PHPV, it most likely will be in his night vision. Since, she is unable to see the plaque unless his eyes are dialeted.
February Birthday Parties
I had two friends have birthday parties in February and they had it at the same place. It was at a Bouncy House. Mommy, Zachary and I went to the parties. I did really good, climbing and going on all the toys by myself.
2.14.13 Happy Valentine's Day
Zachary and I received a package from Grammy and Grandpa Wejrowski for Valentine's Day. I received this really neat headband. I was so excited to wear it. I was very excited for the party we had at school. I took Blu (Rio) Valentine's Cards and candy for all my friends at school . My Valentine's Day cards were really neat because they had Book Markers. I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day.
2.5.13 High Chair
Mommy decided it was time to bring out my High Chair and start letting me sit at the table with everyone else. I really enjoy being with everyone!
1.22.13 Date Night
Daddy took me out on a date tonight so that we could spend some one on one time. We went out to dinner to the Olive Garden. We had a really good time. I love my Daddy!
1.21.13 Playdate
We had a play date with Hannah and Elli. Alyssa continues to improve on her confidence and ability to play with other kids without me. It is very exciting to have her go off with a friend and play for hours. Zachary and Elli interacted with each other. Elli (who is 4 weeks younger) held Zachary's had and was also trying to eat it. Young love. Let's see if they like each other when they get older.
1.19.13 Love & Play
Every once and awhile, I ask Mommy if I can hold Zachary. Mommy always jumps at the chance, since it is so infrequent. I think Zachary is O.K. I don't think we need to send him to Arizona any more. But, there are times, that I would rather he not be here. Mommy keeps telling me that I better get use to him, because he isn't going any where.
1.19.13 Jumper Time
Mommy and Daddy said that I really enjoyed my Jumper, so we were excited to have Zachary try it out. He wasn't as excited. He only lasted a few minutes. But we will keep trying.
1.13 & 1.20.13 Birthday Parties
I have had a couple friends have birthday parties this month. So, Mommy and I went to the parties and Daddy and Zachary stayed home. It was fun to have some one on one time with Mommy. We had fun going to Jungle Playland for my friend Kyla's Birthday and then a party at McDonald's the following week.
12.12.12 Vision Test
Great News Today. . . Zachary had his first vision test and he scored with normal vision for a 3 month old in his right eye!!! We will continue to monitor his good eye and pray for normal vision!!!

12.25.12 Merry Christmas
Mommy has been trying to teach me that Christmas is not just about receiving presents. It is important to give to those less fortunate as well as to our loved ones. Mommy took me to the dollar store and let me pick out whatever I want to give as gifts. I picked out Reindeer Ears for Grandpa Gary, a book for Grandma (to read to me of course), a Plastic Squash for Uncle Dave, A Rock for Aunt Jill, a Scooby Doo Towel for Zachary and Kit Kats' for Daddy.

12.20.12 Ornaments
Mommy has been trying to keep me busy since I am on Christmas Break from school. So, today we made and painted clay ornaments. We made trees, stars, reindeers and snowmen. Mommy thought it would be neat to give these as presents, but I was unwilling to part with any.
12.22.12 Advanced To A Flounder
I was advanced to a Flounder in swimming. I cried on my first day of swimming, but my old teacher came over and I stopped crying immediately. So, he switched with the other teacher. Mr. Blake is a great teacher and I really like him. I am learning from him and building my confidence in the water.
12.20.12 Too Big
Mommy decided to try putting me in my Bumboo. It was unsuccessful because, my legs are too big. She had to push my legs down in the openings. And then, when she went to lift me out, the bumboo came too. So, we are unable to use it, because Mommy is worried that it is too tight on my legs. Boo Hoo!
12.18.12 Playing the Piano
Grandpa put me down in front of the piano, at first when I hit the keys, the noise really scared me. But after that I really enjoyed it. I started to cry every time he pulled me away. But stopped when he put me back in front of the piano. Mommy says that I am going to be a musician when I grow up.
12.10.12 Talking & Playing
Zachary is really becoming a talker and has lots to say! It is so much fun to listen to him talk. I could listen forever. It is so cute. Alyssa never did this. He also loves playing on his gym mat, with his Birdies!!
12.9.12 Play Date
We had a play date with Mommy's friend Alison and her son Aiden. We met up at a bouncy house. Mommy is so excited to see the improvements I have made in both my confidence and strength. 9 months ago, I was unable and unwilling to climb up the slide by myself!! I did it numerous times all by myself!!! It was a lot of fun. Aiden had never been before, so I showed him the ropes.
