Alyssa had her check up on Firday. She is now 11 pounds 12.3 ounces and is now on the radar for weight. She is now 5% in weight. She is also 24 inches which is 50% in heigth. As predicted as soon as we are near her goal, they increase it. We are now 16 away from her goal. So again, we have a long road ahead of us. She really can never win. Her doctor wants to continue her on the TPN until she is close to 50% in weight. But the way she is going, we should get there soon.
Alyssa started on Rice Cereal this weekend. She wasn't too sure about it at first, but she is starting to get the hang of it and seems to like it. She even wanted to help out.

at least she likes to hold the spoon, that's a great start. glad to hear she is continuing to gain weight. keep up the good work, brosts!
Once she finds out how good "real" food is (even if it is baby food), she will start putting on even more weight and reach her goals. Keep up the good work NJ and Kim!
